总组流程是船舶设计指导生产的重要工艺,对船坞周期和船舶品质的影响至关重要。阐述了船舶建造过程中应用总组流程图(FSD)实现总段流程再造的思路和方法。
The pre-erection stage greatly influences the dock days of shipbuilding and ship quality and the ship design guides the production in the pre-erection process. This paper expounds the business process reengineering（BPR） method by using fabrication sequence diagram（FSD） to reengineer the pre-erection process.
