摘要
以绿色集装箱港口供电技术项目开发为对象,研究靠港船舶岸电变频供电技术,将我国港口电网50Hz交流电变换成适合于外国船舶60Hz交流电,并实现50Hz/60Hz双频供电。同时进行动态谐波补偿,解决向靠港船舶供电时对港口岸电电网的污染问题,满足船舶用电负荷突变要求。
The research object of this paper is the developement project of the green port power supply technology for container ships. The paper studies the frequency conversion technology of shore power supply for the ship in the port, which can transform the 50 Hz AC of China's port electrical network into 60Hz AC for foreign vessels. The 50 Hz/60 Hz dual frequency power supply could carry out. By dynamic harmonic compensation, this technology could resolve the pollution problem of shore power supply when it supports the vessels in port. It could meet the requirement of abrupt electricity load changing for the ships.
