摘要
以PCD端铣刀加工铝合金汽车变速器箱体顶盖和变速器箱体为例,研究PCD铣削平面的效果及一些因素的影响规律。PCD铣刀的硬度高,耐磨性好,热膨胀系数小,使用PCD刀具加工表面的平面度误差小,表面粗糙度小。因此,PCD刀具的应用使一些产品的质量和生产效率得到了很大的提高,而加工成本却明显下降。
The paper investigates into the effect of PCD in plane milling and influence rule of some factors,taking automobile aluminum alloy transmission box housing and top cover to be processed by PCD end milling cutter as example The PCD milling cutter has the advantage of high hardness,good wear quality,small expansive coeffient,long service life,less error of flatness of processed surface and light surface roughness Therefore,the application of PCD cutter greatly enhances product quality and production efficiency,but remarkably reduces manufacturing cost
