摘要
针对一些地方政府在确定农村居民最低生活保障标准上的不科学性问题,研究了扩展线性支出系统的修正模型,并利用该模型测算了我国农村居民温饱线和最低生活保障线.结论认为该测算结果具有可行性,能够为农村最低生活保障标准的调整提供一种重要的测度依据.
For the no scientific problem of some local governments in establishing the minimum living security standard of rural resident,this article considered the ELES correction model and used it to examine the minimum food and living security line of rural resident of our country.The conclusion shows that the measurement result is feasible.So it can offer a kind of important estimation basis for the adjustment of the rural minimum living security standard.
