摘要
分析了我国节能减排的现状、存在的问题等,并提出了实现节能减排目标的对策.这些对策包括:加快调整产业结构;协调国家节能减排与地方经济发展目标;利用市场化手段和经济措施促进节能减排;促进节能减排技术转化.
The current condition, existing problems of energy saving and emission reduction in China are analyzed, providing the reference decision for the implementation of impelling the goals of energy-saving, which includes quickening the pace of regulating enterprise structure, corinating the development goal of national and provincial energy saving and emission reduction, promoting the technological transformation of energy saving and emission eduction.
