摘要
以含有多茸毛基因和黄化基因(TM-2nv)的亲本与无多茸毛性状的亲本配制的六世代遗传群体为材料,研究番茄多茸毛性状的遗传规律和抗逆性、抗虫性及病毒病发生情况。结果表明,番茄植株的多茸毛性状属于质量性状,且受1个显性基因控制,并存在显性纯合致死反应。多茸毛番茄对蚜虫、烟粉虱和美洲斑潜蝇具有较好的驱避作用,对TMV、CMV和TYLCV表现为高抗、抗和中抗,避虫防病效果好,而且具有较好的耐涝性和耐高温能力。
Taking six-generation heredity community came from the crossing between a tomato parent with hairy gene and yellowing gene TM-2nv and another tomato parent without hairy character as the tested material,the paper studied the inheritance of hairy trait,stress resistance,insect resistance and virus disease of tomato.The results show that the hairy trait belongs to qualitative character controlled by a dominant gene;the hairy tomato plants are all heterozygous for locus,because the homozygous dominance has the lethal effect in the nature.Hairy tomato plants have good effects on repelling aphids,bemisia tabaci and American leaf miner,they are resistant to TMV(HR),CMV(R) and TYLCV(MR),and they have high tolerance to waterlogging and high temperature.
