摘要
对福建省闽东某水电站水库的水体及地下输水管道中的微生物生态和理化因子的调查分析结果表明,造成该水库电站输水管道连年阻塞的主要原因可能是由于铁细菌生长繁殖所致。该水库中的铁细菌主要为鞘细菌。水体温度及总铁含量对鞘细菌数量的消长具有显著影响。该水库中存在的鞘细菌最适生长条件为T21~25℃,pH6.16~6.87,Fe>0.43mg/L。该菌可在水深0.5~40m范围内生存。自然气候对T、总铁和悬浮物3项水体理化因子有影响,而pH、DO和COD则受微生物生命活动的影响。夏季为鞘细菌繁殖高峰期。
An investigation on microbial ecosystems and physical chemical factors was conducted in the water and water pipe of a reservoir power station at East Fujian Province.It was found that the abundant reproduction of sheathed bacteria might be the main cause for the plugging of the water pipe at the station.The results showed:①Iron bacteria in this hydropower station were identified as sheathed bacteria.②The water temperature and the total Fe concentration had singnificant effects on the numbers of sheathed bacteria.③In this reservoir,the most suitable conditions for sheathed bacteria grow were temperature 21~25℃,pH 6 16~6 87,Fe concentration>0 43mg/L.The sheathed bacteria distributed at the depth of 0 5~40m below the water surface.④The natural climate had effects on the temperature,total Fe and SS(suspended solids).And pH,DO and COD were effected by the life activities of microorganism.The peak reproduction of sheathed bacteria was in the summer.It is suggested that the plugged water pipe should be cleared after September,for a better result.
