摘要
概述了我国大型锻压装备的现状与差距,通过对大型模锻液压机机架结构形式及特点的分析研究,提出了我国800 MN大型模锻压机选择C形板机架结构方案。对C形板预紧组合机架的结构设计进行改进,对制造进行技术创新,并对C形板机架强度、刚度、疲劳寿命进行了分析计算和优化。
The current situation of the large forging equipment in China and the gap with the world level were outlined.Based on the analytical study on the characteristics of the housing construction of the large close-die forging press,the plan of choosing C-plate housing for 800 MN large close-die forging press was put forward.The mechanical design of C-plate pre-stressing combination frame was improved,the innovation to the manufacturing technique was made,and the strength,rigidity and fatigue life time for C-plate frame were analyzed and optimized.
