摘要
针对小批量大齿圈锻件采用模锻工艺成本过高、原有形状为圆环形的自由锻工艺余量过大的实际问题,通过对传统马杠扩孔工艺的研究和改进,采用V型马杠预扩孔、成型马杠扩孔的工艺,在保证强度的前提下,用60°扇形截面马杠代替传统圆形截面马杠,缩小了马杠外形尺寸,充分发挥自由锻造工具简单、通用性和灵活性大的特点,实现了形状接近模锻件的小批量大齿圈锻件的自由锻造。
Based on existed problems in small batch production of the big gear ring forgings,such as the high cost of die forging process and the large machining allowance of the primary ring free forging process,the traditional reaming technology was studied and improved by core shaft.Under the premise of ensuring the strength,the traditional circular section core shaft was replaced with 60° fan-shaped cross-section core shaft,which made the external dimension of core shaft to be reduced greatly.The advantages of reaming technology are simple,practical,convenient and more flexible.The free-forging process of similar shaped forgings was realized to produce the big gear ring forgings in small batch.
