摘要
基于战略的制度观和资源基础论。研究表明高管团队的政治联结对财务绩效和创新绩效有负向影响。这种负向影响受制度和组织因素调节:企业所在地的区域制度环境、治理状况和高管团队的企业家精神。这说明。一方面。高管团队的政治联结给企业带来的绩效改善并不能弥补其效率损失。另一方面,制度环境、治理状况的改善和企业家精神的提高能削弱政治联结带来的负面影响。同时。创新绩效正向影响财务绩效,并且高管团队的政治联结通过其中介作用间接降低了财务绩效。
This paper empirically proves that top management team' s political connections is negatively re- lated with firms' financial and innovative performance, which axe moderated by institutional and organization- al factors- the instutional environment, firm govemance and entrepreneurship of TMT. It indicates that finns with higher political connections gain less than costs caused; and that institutional environment, gover- nance structure and entrepreneurship of TMT can lower the negative effects. Moreover, political connection lowers financial performance by the mediating role of innovative performance.
