摘要
为了分析扩散条件下煤层阴燃的过程,设计并制作了一个煤层阴燃实验装置.在该煤层阴燃实验装置中,利用热电偶和彩屏无纸数据记录仪表组成的温度检测装置以及KM9106综合烟气分析仪,测定煤层阴燃实验过程中各测点阴燃温度和气体浓度,从而得出煤层阴燃实验过程中的阴燃温度场和各测点气体浓度的变化情况,总结出一些规律,加深对阴燃机理的认识,进而为阴燃的控制和消除提供了一些依据.
A seam smoldering experimental bed was designed and built in order to analyze the coal seam smoldering process in diffusing condition. In the coal seam smoldering experimental bed, the temperature detection device consisting of thermocuples and the colored tablet paperless data record instrument and KM9106 comprehensive flue gas analyser were used to measure each point of temperature and gas concentration in the coal seam smoldering experimental process. The changes of the temperature field and gas concentration at measuring points were obtained. Some rules were summerized, and our understanding of smoldering mechanism was enhanced. Some reference was provided for the control and elimination of smoldering.
