摘要
通过实验,测定了在标准苯酚中用不同体积分数的二氧化氯,在不同温度、作用不同时间后的除酚效果,得出在25℃左右,达到排污标准最佳条件为φ(ClO2)为1/10000,作用时间为3~4h,φ(ClO2)为1.5/10000,2~3h;在35℃左右,相应1/10000时为2~3h;这样含酚废水不必做质量浓度上的特殊处理,可根据温度不同调整二氧化氯体积分数和作用时间。并根据此结果测定了不同φ(ClO2)除废水中酚的实际效果。结果显示。
By experiments,the effects for ClO 2 to remove phenol in the standard phenol solution under different conditions (different consistency of ClO 2 at different temperature and reaction time) were investigated:at the temperature about 25 ℃,the consistency of ClO 2 1/10 000,3~4h;1.5/ 10 000 ,2~3 h;at the temperature about 35 ℃,1/10 000,2~3 h;can reach the standard of removing the waste in water.Thus,the waste water containing phenol need not to harness and may adjust the consistency of ClO 2 and the time of reaction according to the different temperature.Using above result the actual effect for the ClO 2 to remove the phenol in waste water was investigated.Using ClO 2 to remove the phenol is suitable for the lower consistency phenol in waste water and the third harness for the higher in waste water.
