摘要
在硅橡胶制品的研制中，采用了加成硫化和过氧化物化并用的新的硫化方式。比较了并用硫化方式在热空气和模压硫化的性能及特点。并用硫化体系可以改善硅橡胶硫化胶的某些性能，保持在二段硫化后不变色或少变色。介绍了显影用硅橡胶管生产的应用实例，在热硫化硅橡胶制品的研制和生产中具有一定的实用意义。
In the development of silicone rubber products,a new type of vulcanization system blending addition cure with peroxide cure was used.The property and characteristic of blending vulcanization system for air curing and compression molding were compared.Some properties of silicone vulcanizate was improved by using this system,keeping non colour or little colour after post cure.An application example of silicone rubber hose for developing was introduced and there were some practice meanings in development and production of heat cured silicone rubber products.
