摘要
货币政策的区域效应影响区域经济的协调发展。由于货币政策在少数民族贫困地区的传递障碍远远大于一般欠发达地区,因而应在少数民族地区建立"供给领先"的政策性金融扶植发展模式,通过改变民族地区经济金融环境、健全货币政策传导环节、完善货币政策传导机制来提高货币政策在少数民族贫困地区的实施效应。
The regional effect of monetary policy affects the coordinative development of regional economy.Because the transfer impediment of monetary policy in poor ethnic minority areas is much larger than ordinary less developed areas,the ＂supply leading＂ policy financial support development mode can be established to improve monetary policy transfer link,optimize monetary policy transfer mechanism and enhance the implementation effect of monetary policy in poor ethnic minority areas through changing economic and financial environment of ethnic minority regions.
