摘要
用焊接热模拟、X-射线衍射、电化学测试等技术对喷瓷管道焊接热影响区的耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明,焊接热循环改变了瓷层的相结构,温度低于1200℃时瓷层相结构主要为玻璃态,有少量晶相Na2MoO4(MoO3)y析出,峰温为1350℃时瓷层全部转变为玻璃态。随峰值温度的改变,瓷层的耐蚀性发生变化,峰温1350℃时耐蚀性最好,1200℃时耐蚀性最差。
Abstract The corrosion resistance of heat affected zone of procelain sprayed pipe was
investigated by XRD, welding simulation and electrochemical techniques. The results showed the
structure of enamel coating at 1 350 ℃ was examined as full vitrescence,while the structure after
cyclic heating at low peak temperature was mainly vitrescence together with Na 2MoO 4 (MoO 3) y
crystalline phase.
