摘要
中国古代的君权合法性包括王朝的合法性和君主自身的合法性。早期国家的出现也就意味着王权的诞生,君主制度的建立,君权合法性论证的开始。君权合法性理论随着君主制度的发展而发展并逐步完善,形成了中国独有的王朝"正统"观和以"天命"、"道德"、"民意"为支撑的君权合法性论证体系。
The legitimacy of monarchical power in ancient China includes that of the dynasty and that of the monarch him-or herself.The emergence of early states in China means the birth of monarchial power,the establishment of the monarchy,and the beginning of the debate on legitimacy of monarchical power.The theory of the legitimacy of monarchial power developed with monarchy and gradually become perfect,bringing about China＇s unique concept of dynastic ＂legitimacy＂ and its debating system supported by destiny,moral,and public opinion.
