摘要
文章从提高大学生就业竞争力的角度出发,通过文献分析、开放式调查问卷和理论探讨阐述了有关大学生就业竞争力相关核心概念,得出了大学生就业竞争力维度构想。在此基础上编制了大学生就业竞争力调查问卷,通过对在校大学生、在校研究生、已成功就业的大学生、高校管理人员、高校教师和企业招聘人员等六种身份的人群进行调查,深入探讨了大学生的就业竞争力,并建构了大学生就业竞争力的五维结构模型。而这一模型也在验证性分析中得到了较好的验证。
Through documents' analysis,open questionnaire and theoretical discussion,this paper expounds the relative core concepts of college students' employment competitiveness,and it gets the dimensional conception of college students' employment competitiveness.On this basis,the questionnaire of college students' employment competitiveness is made up.This paper probes into college students' employment competitiveness through the investigation of the six kinds of people,namely college students,postgraduate students,the successfully employed college students,administrative personnel of colleges,college teachers and the employee of enterprises.Through the analysis on the researching factors,it gets five-dimensional constructive model of college students' employment competitiveness.This model is verified in the testing analysis.
