摘要
研究了用酸浸法来化学漂白宜州低品位石英粉。结果表明:采用盐酸+氢氟酸,酸液与石英粉的液固比为3,矿浆pH值3左右,反应温度为50℃,搅拌漂白时间40min,复合还原剂用量1.5%,所得石英粉样品siO:含量达到99.68%,Fe2O3含量下降到0.08%,白度达到85.23%。
Acid leaching method was developed in order to bleach low-grade quartz powder from Yizhou.The result showed:By using hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,the ratio of acid fluid to quartz powder was 3, pH value of fluid ore was about 3, reaction temperature was 50~C, bleaching time was 40min, The amount of compound reducing agent was 1.5%, the content of SiO2 in the sample of quartz powder reached 99.68%, while the content of Fe203 fell to 0.08%, and the whitness ratio reached 85.23%.
