摘要
研究了用酸浸法来化学漂白宜州低品位石英粉。结果表明：采用盐酸＋氢氟酸，酸液与石英粉的液固比为3，矿浆pH值3左右，反应温度为50℃，搅拌漂白时间40min，复合还原剂用量1．5％，所得石英粉样品siO：含量达到99．68％，Fe2O3含量下降到0．08％，白度达到85．23％。
Acid leaching method was developed in order to bleach low-grade quartz powder from Yizhou.The result showed：By using hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid,the ratio of acid fluid to quartz powder was 3, pH value of fluid ore was about 3, reaction temperature was 50~C, bleaching time was 40min, The amount of compound reducing agent was 1.5%, the content of SiO2 in the sample of quartz powder reached 99.68%, while the content of Fe203 fell to 0.08%, and the whitness ratio reached 85.23%.
