摘要
针对当前日益严峻的就业形势,一些高职院校采取"2+1"模式力促学生充分就业,学生就业过程明显延长,因此,就业过程中的学生管理问题相继出现。文章从高职院校就业过程中的学生管理为切入口,重点分析了高职院校就业过程中的学生管理的现状和对策。
As increasingly difficult for the current employment situation,a number of vocational colleges to take the＂2 ＋1＂model to urge students to full employment,student employment process was prolonged.therefore,employment students in the process of management has emerged.This article take for employment from the vocational colleges as the entry for student management,and analyzed the employment Vocational status and student management measures。That is an important significance to students in vocational colleges for further improving the management of the employment process.
