摘要
2004年至2010年,中共中央连续7年发布了指导"三农"工作的一号文件。在"三农"问题备受关注的今天,为不断取得新疆"三农"工作新胜利,有必要尽快完善新疆的农村金融服务体系,为"三农"发展提供支持。文章对新疆农村金融服务体系现状及问题进行了分析,并提出了完善新疆农村金融服务体系的对策建议。
Since from 2004 to 2010,Chinese Communist Party Central Committee has issue the first documents which cancers about the agriculture,countryside and farmers.Now,the topic of＂Issue concerning agriculture countryside farmers＂is very popular.To make the countryside of Xinjiang better,we must improve the Xinjiang system of countryside finance service quickly.This thesis reviews the general situation of Xinjiang system of countryside finance service,and then we develop the ideas and advices of how to improve.
