摘要
我国铁路工程建设在生态保护和恢复方面已经开展了很多工作,在环评、设计、施工阶段对工程可能产生的生态环境影响比较重视,相应的生态保护设施和恢复管理措施都取得了良好的效果。今后我国铁路建设生态保护与恢复的发展将全过程秉承生态保护理念,加强施工期监理、监督检查和运营期的跟踪调查,在临时用地的复垦或恢复、生态景观和动物生境的连通性保护和恢复、长大隧道施工的环境影响及生态防护、湿地和淡水生态系统的生态保护与恢复等方面开发研究关键技术。
The ecological impacts are the main problems in the railway construction,and ecological protection and restoration has been one of the focus issues in the Chinese railway projects with many achievements have been fulfilled.The possible impacts on the ecological environment alone the railway line were paid a lot of attention in the Environment Impact Assessment,Project Designing,and Project Construction,and the protection and restoration measures and strategies played positive functions.For the future,the ecological protection and restoration in the Chinese railway construction should be developed in the whole process,especially in the monitoring of the construction period and in the post survey of the operation period.The key methods and techniques are suggested to be developed in reuse and ecological restoration of the temporary land-use,the connection of the isolated animal habitats,the ecological defending measurements of the long tunnels construction,etc.
