摘要
针对目前水泥基吸波材料研究存在的问题,结合空间电磁波传播原理,提出了一种新型水泥基吸波材料设计思路;选用玄武岩纤维、膨胀珍珠岩与石墨为组分,研究了膨胀珍珠岩颗粒直径、掺量对水泥基吸波材料吸波性能的影响;设计不同配合比,在8~18 GHz频段内试配出20 mm厚、吸波性能好(反射率最小达到-12.4 dB)、频带宽(反射率小于-10 dB的频宽达6 GHz)、力学性能佳(28 d抗压强度为30.9 MPa,抗折强度为4.27 MPa)的新型水泥基吸波材料,为新型水泥基吸波材料的设计与制备提供了依据.
Combined with space electromagnetic wave propagation principle,a design idea of new cementi-tious microwave absorbing materials(CMAM) is given to aim at solving the current existing problems with(CMAM.) To test and verify this idea,continuous basalt fiber,expanded perlite particle and graphite were used for the study.The effects of diameter and filling ratio of expanded perlite particle on microwave absorbing property were studied.A new CMAM with better microwave absorbing properties(the minimum reflectivity is-12.4 dB),wide frequency bandwidth(reflectivity less than-10 dB reaches 6 GHz of bandwidth) and better mechanical properties(28 d compressive strength is 30.9 MPa,flexural strength is 4.27 MPa) was prepared by using 20 mm sample between 8 to 18 GHz.The results provide a basis to the design and preparation of CMAM.
