摘要
介绍1 000 MW超超临界机组协调控制系统的特点,分析浙江华能玉环电厂和上海外高桥第三电厂1 000 MW超超临界机组锅炉主控回路、汽轮机主控回路等控制策略的优点,并从控制角度提出采用动、静态前馈等技术手段保证超超临界机组稳定运行、响应电网负荷要求的建议,以及采用现代控制理论完善超超临界机组控制的设想。
This paper introduces the characteristics of 1 000 MW coordination control system of ultra-supercritical unit,and comparing the boiler main control loop and turbine main control loop of 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit between Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant,indicates the advantages and disadvantages,and put forwards the suggestions of technology measures to guarantee units stable operation,and responds electric power load needs,and advances the imagine to perfect ultra-supercritical unit control with modern control theory.
