摘要
利用小麦与玉米进行远缘杂交,通过玉米染色体的消失而获得小麦单倍体,是小麦单倍体育种的1种重要途径。阐述了小麦单倍体胚产生的影响因素。2,4-D的处理方法、处理浓度、处理时间和处理次数,对胚的生长有明显影响;授粉技术、环境条件、小麦基因型和玉米基因型,对小麦的单倍体胚产生有一定的影响。要提高胚产生率,就要综合考虑上述影响因素。
Using the distant hybridization between wheat and maize,the wheat haploid was obtained by the chromosome elimination of maize,which was an important way for wheat haploid breeding.The factors influencing the haploid embryo of wheat were introduced.The effects of treatment method,concentration,time and frequency of 24-D on the growth of haploid embryo were obvious.The pollination technique,environmental condition,wheat genotypes and maize genotypes had some influence on haploid embryo.All the above factors should be considered comprehensively to increase the haploid embryo production rate.
