摘要
抗震医疗救助中潜藏着影响医患关系和谐的诸多不利因素,医患之间比例严重失调造成工作强度大,医患双方共处艰苦环境造成工作难度大,特殊境遇下患者知情同意权难以有效实现。但是,凭借正确的政策支持和舆论导向,凭借医护人员对患者强烈的同情情感,医患关系和谐、融洽,这一事实将对长远的医患关系建构带来启示。
In the process of earthquake - relief medical assistance, there were many potentially dangerous elements for the harmonious physician -patient relationship. First, there is a population imbalance between doctors and patients. Second, the extremely adverse working conditions make the work more difficult. Third,the patients＇ right of informed - consent is hard to be guaranteed in those specific conditions. However, the doctor - patient relationship was kept harmonious by virtue of the policy support ,the direction of public opinion ,and doctor＇s strong sympathy for victims in the disasters. Analyses and revelation are focused in this paper.
