摘要
研究结果表明,诱导出的烟草单倍体植株起源于大孢子或卵细胞,并以胚状体的方式出苗;不同基因型的烟草品种产生胚状体的能力有很大差异;当蔗糖的质量浓度为20,40g·L-1时,胚状体诱导率较高;活性炭能促进胚状体的生长;椰胚乳只能促进子房本身的膨大;
The results obtained were summarized as follows:haploid plant was originated from single cell,either megaspore or egg cell.The induction of haploid was through embryoid. The Nicotiana tabacum L.varieties of different genotypes vary greatly in their ablities to form embryoid.AC could raise the induction-frequency.CM could only expand the ovary.With 30 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 light intensity,quality concentration 2% or 4% sucrose,embryoid would be produced more effectively.
