摘要
工作时间过长是全球化经济和24h工作社会的一个突出特点，尤其是生产和服务行业，从业人员长时间轮班工作。工作时间过长对员工健康和安全有所威胁，可能导致生产安全的负性事件，造成生产中断、医疗费用增加，还会影响到社会公共利益，对从业人员家庭生活也有负面影响。
