红柱石微粉加入量对红柱石材料结构与性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of andalusite micropowder additions on microstructure and properties of andalusite materials

摘要 以红柱石和电熔白刚玉为骨料,以α-Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉、红柱石微粉为基质料,外加4%PVA混练,压制成型后于110℃烘干,于1400℃保温6h烧成,研究了红柱石微粉添加质量分数分别为0、2.7%、5.4%、10.8%对红柱石材料结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明:在本试验条件下,随着红柱石微粉含量的增加,试样的常温强度、弹性模量下降,高温抗折强度升高;最适宜的红柱石微粉加入质量分数为5.4%。 The andalusite materials were prepared using andalusite (3-1 mm and 1-0.5 mm) and white fused corundum (≤0.2 mm) as aggregate,α-Al2O3 micropowder,SiO2 micropowder and andalusite micropowder as matrix,4% extra PVA as binder, after mixing and shaping, drying at 110 ℃, and then firing at 1400 ℃ for 6 h. Effects of andalusite micropowder additions (0,2.7% ,5.4% and 10.8%, respectively) on properties and microstructure of the materials were investigated. The results indicate that.with andalusite micropowder addition increasing ,the cold strength and the modulus of elasticity decrease, but the hot modulus of rupture increases;the appropriate addition of andalusite micropowder is 5.4%.
