气相色谱法测定胶粘剂中的卤代烃 被引量:1

Determination of halogenated hydrocarbons in adhesives by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立胶粘剂中二氯甲烷,1,2-二氯乙烷,三氯乙烷,三氯乙烯4种卤代烃的气相色谱检测法。方法:样品经乙酸乙酯提取,毛细管柱分离,氢火焰检测器检测。结果:4种卤代烃的平均回收率为96.6%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.98%~3.31%,最低检测限为0.05 g/kg~0.1 g/kg,浓度在1.0μg/L~200μg/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.9995。结论:该方法简便、高效、稳定,适合粘胶剂中这4种卤代烃的测定。 Objective:To establish a method for determining four kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons,including dichloromethane,1,2-dichloromethane,trichloroethane,trichloroethylene in adhesive by gas chromatography.Methods:The samples were extracted by ethyl acetate and separated by capillary column and detected by flame ionic detector.Results:The average recoveries of four kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons ranged from 96.6% to 104% with a relative standard deviation(RSD) between 1.98% and 3.31%.The detection limit of this method for halogenated hydrocarbons ranged from 0.05 g/kg to 0.1 g/kg and linear range was 1.0 μg/L~200 μg/L,with all correlation coefficient 〉0.9995.Conclusion:The method is simple,high effective and stable,and it is appropriate for determination of the 4 halogenated hydrocarbons,in adhesives.
