摘要
本文从经济、文化、科技、环境以及社会方面分析了其对城市住宅的影响,并重点分析了人口、家庭等结构因素带来的影响,旨在为今后的住宅发展以及政策的制定提供一个理性和科学的依据。
From aspects and factors such as the economy,culture,science,technology,environment and society,etc,this article analyzes influencing factors of urban residence and brings to light their internal rules.In addition,it pays close attention to the analysis of influence brought by structural factors such as population and household,etc,aiming to provide rational and scientific foundations for residential development and formulation of policy in the future.
