摘要
设计并制造了一套处理含油污水的新型油水分离设备——高效隔油气浮设备。该设备的最佳除油率大于９０％。确定了最佳操作参数。在实验室模拟装置上对除油浮选动力学进行了研究，考察了气量、油滴粒径等影响因素。
A new kind oil isolation/floatation apparatus for oil water separation of wastewater was designed and manufactured. The optimum operating conditions were studied and the oil removal efficiency was more than 90%. A study on kinetics of oil water separation was conducted on a laboratory simulated unit to investigate the effects of oil diameter and oil concentration.
