摘要
从加工工业深入节能的角度论述采用双(多)壳程换热器的重要性和必要性,并通过对单个匹配和整个换热网络两方面进行理论分析,指出采用双壳程换热器具有降低投资、提高热回收率和过程系统的能量综合优化水平等多重效果,举例分析的结果表明,用双壳程换热器可比单壳程换热器节省投资,并建议在我国换热器系列标准中恢复、改进双壳程换热器系列,强化其传热和结构优化研究。
The necessity and importance for the use of double/multiple shell heat exchangers were discussed in the view point of promoting energy conservation in process industries. Theoretical analysis was carried out from single match unit and whole heat exchanger network. It was pointed out that the use of double/multiple shell heat exchangers can lower the capital investment, increase the recovery ratio of thermal energy and raise the energy integration level of the processes. Analysis of the examples showed that the double shell exchanger can save investment in comparison with the single shell exchanger. Restoration and modification of double shell exchanger series in domestic exchanger specification and studies on strengthening their heat transfer and structure optimization are proposed.
