摘要
为了提高抽油杆的产品质量,必须保证给定疲劳寿命的可靠性。为此,需要进行疲劳寿命试验,并分析其可靠性。石油大学(北京)与东北输油管理局铁岭机械厂合作,对20CrMo超高强度抽油杆进行了疲劳寿命试验及可靠性分析。现文介绍了疲劳试验的方法、试件及条件;给出了疲劳寿命的概率分布;得出了20CrMo抽油杆的P—S—N曲线;提出了保证20CrMo超高强度抽油杆疲劳可靠性的工艺措施。
Abstract In
order to increase the product quality of sucker rod, the reliability of certain fatigue life must be
ensured. So the fatigue life experiments and reliability analysis must be carried out. University
of Petroleum, China Cooperated with manufacturing factory of sucker rod Tie Ling, the fatigue
life experiments and reliability analysis of super high strength sucker rod of steel 20CrMo
have been performed. In the paper, the test piece and condition and experimental method of
fatigue life experiments are introduced, the probability distribution of fatigue life is given, the P
(Probability) S (Stress range) N (Number of cycles) curves of sucker rod of steel 20CrMo
are obtained, the manufacturing measure for guarant of fatigue reliability of super hight
strength sacker rod of steel 20CrMo are proposed.
