摘要
本文讨论一种基于理想变形理论的板料设计与分析方法,并推导有关的有限元方程。文章首先在弹塑性体理想变形关系的基础上推导应力-应变关系及其增量形式,然后讨论基于理想变形理论的有限元方法在板料成形中的应用。该方法既可以用于板料的设计,也可以用于板料成形过程的分析。本文最后推导了该理论用于上述两类问题时的方程。讨论的材料为各向同性的理想弹塑性材料,而并未涉及材料的具体特性。
In this paper,a new method of design and analysis for blank called ideal forming theory is discussed.The relationships of stress and strain and its incremental forms are derived from the elasticplastic ideal deformation,the corresponding application respects of the finite element modeling based on the ideal forming are then discussed. This new theory can be used for designing initial blank shape of parts and analyzing the blank sheet forming process.
