摘要
目的了解建筑模型制作过程中存在的职业病危害因素和职业病危害防护情况,为职业病防治工作提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测方法,进行职业卫生现况调查分析。按照《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》选择有代表性的作业点进行检测,其中毒物选择27个检测点、粉尘选择2个检测点。结果建筑模型制作业存在的主要职业病危害因素为苯类化合物、三氯甲烷和噪声有害物。苯类化合物、三氯甲烷、粉尘作业场所检测浓度的合格率为100%,噪声强度合格率为75.00%。结论建筑模型制作业在粘结过程中使用具有挥发性高毒的苯类化合物和三氯甲烷,在制作建筑模型时应采取有效的职业病危害防护措施,制定并严格执行健康检查和职业病危害因素监测制度。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and preventive measures in a building model manufacturing enterprise and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. Methods Onsite investigation and hazards factor detection were carried out to understand the current occupational health situation. In accordance with the" Specifications of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring in the Workplace", detection sites were selected including 27 sites for toxic substance detections, 2 for dust detections, 4 for noise detections. Results The sources of occupational hazards in the building model manufacturer were organic compounds including benzene,chloroform,and dust and noise. The qualification rates were 100% for organic compounds and 75% for noise. Conclusion Occupational hazards in the building model manufacturer were detected. It's necessary to take occupational disease prevention measures and enhance the system of occupational hazards detection together with the routine occupational health examination for workers on duty.
