Notch信号与心脏发育

摘要 Notch信号是一条保守的信号传导途径,它广泛表达于从无脊椎动物到哺乳动物等各种生物体内。Notch信号决定着一些胚胎发育过程中的关键进程,例如:决定细胞分化命运,影响胚胎的形成,以及促进细胞的增殖与分化。在成人体内Notch信号通过对干细胞库的维持,以及激活和促进祖细胞增殖并控制其最终分化在组织重建和更新中发挥重要作用。在心血管系统中,Notch信号中的受体或配体的突变或失活可引起多种先天性心脏畸形。
