摘要
冷战后,东亚地区安全模式发生演变。区域治理是全球化进程中地区和谐发展的现实需要。在外部示范与内在要求的形势下,东亚区域治理在理论和实践上开始起步。但不可否认的是,东亚和谐发展进程面临诸多挑战。本文把东亚和谐发展放在区域治理的框架下,在分析几种构建与维护东亚地区和谐发展主要模式基础上得出只有发展与完善"多边合作"机制才是推动东亚和谐发展的重要途径。
After the Cold War,the security pattern of East Asian is evolving.Regional governance is the real need during the process of globalization.Under the demonstration of the other regions and the inherent requirement,the regional governance in East Asia has started in theory and practice.But it is undeniable that the harmonious development of East Asia faces many challenges.The paper puts the harmonious development of East Asia under the framework of regional governance.Based on analyzing several patterns of constructing and maintaining the harmonious development of East Asia,the paper draws the conclusion that the development and improvement of ＂multilateral cooperation＂ mechanism is an important way to promote the harmonious development of East Asia.
