海拉尔盆地凝灰岩储层压裂工作液岩石稳定性室内研究 被引量:1

A Laboratory Study on Stability of Fracturing Fluid in Tuff Reservoir in Hailaer Basin

摘要 海拉尔盆地兴安岭群储层初期开发过程中,采用常规水基压裂液压裂不成功,严重地影响了储量的提交。经过凝灰岩岩石力学特征、矿物学特征及水理特征等研究,将压裂液的岩石稳定性室内研究作为关键技术,成功研究了交联乳化压裂液,与凝灰岩储层岩石配伍性好,压裂施工成功率达到97%。 During early days of development of Xin'anling reservoirs in Hailaer Basin,conventional fracturing operation with water-base fracturing fluid was carried out but failed,and this seriously affected calculation and handing in of reserves of these reservoirs.Based on studies of lithomechanics and mineralogy features etc.of tuff,laboratory study on stability of fracturing fluid was done as the key technique,crosslinking emulsion fracturing fluid was successfully manufactured and was of very good compatibility with the tuff reservoirs,and so that the success ratio of the fracturing operation was heightened to 97%.
