摘要 磁共振扩散加权成像作为无创性反映活体内水分子微观运动的新兴MR技术,已经开始应用于直肠癌的早期诊断。本文就磁共振扩散加权成像在直肠癌诊断中的应用现状予以综述。 Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging enables noninvasive characterization of biologic tissues on the basis of their water diffusion properties, and provides a new MR technique for the early diagnosis of rectal cancer. The diagnosis of rectal cancer with diffusion-weighted imaging was summarized in the present paper.
