摘要
影响气流分级机分级精度的因素有很多,主要因素有转子叶片、转子转速、风机风量、物料分散和导流叶片等。本文通过对这些因素的讨论和分析,总结出实验室用微型分级机设计的一些理论依据,为设计出高精度分级机提供了理论指导。
There are many factors which affect the accuracy of air classifier.The main factors include the speed of rotor blades and guide vanes,the dispersion of the powder,the shape of the rotor blades and guide vanes.After discussing and analysing these factors above,some theoretical basis of the laboratory micro-grading classifier were summerized,which provides a theoretical guidance for the design of the high-precision classifier.
