介绍精细生产的基本含义、基本原理与主要内容,指出在汽车工业取得巨大成功的精细生产原理适合于当今的采掘业,提出了具有剥离废石内排条件露天矿的精细开采指导思想与精细开采工艺。
The basic implications,fundamental principles and main content of lean production are introduced.The principles of lean production,which have obtained great success in the auto-makers,are suit to the present mining industry.The guidance and the mining technology of lean production in surface mines,which are suit to disposal waste in the internal dump,are been brought up in the paper.
