摘要
目的探讨环境因素在转换型障碍癔症患者护理干预中的作用。方法将60例转换型障碍癔症患者随机分成干预组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组患者置于普通诊室,除心理治疗、暗示治疗外,予常规护理。干预组除上述治疗外,将患者置于颜色、灯光、湿度及声音等精心布置的诊室环境,实施心理疏导,并有患者亲近、信任的陪属协助心理治疗。结果干预组痊愈率为86%,对照组痊愈率为50%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预组的显效率高于对照组。干预组和对照组的血压、脉搏、呼吸和血氧饱和度恢复至正常范围的时间,两组差异有显著意义(P<0.001),干预组少于对照组。干预前,两组的SCL-90各因子得分差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组的SCL-90各因子得分差异有显著意义(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.001),干预组心理状况好于对照组。结论环境因素在转换型障碍癔症患者护理干预中具有重要作用。舒适护理可促进癔症患者的康复。
Objective To study the role of environmental factors in the process of nursing intervention on conversion type hysteria. Method 60 patients with conversion type hysteria of were divided into intervention group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in control group was set in general consulting room and provide mental treatment,hint treatment,and regular nursing.Patients in intervention group was given the same treatment as control,and was set in consulting room where color,light,humidity level and sound was carefully regulated.They were also given mental treatment by caretakers.Result The curative rate was 80% and 50% in intervention group and control group respectively.It was better in intervention group than in that of control group（P0.001）.The time of coming back to normal level of blood pressure,pulse,breathe,and oxygen saturation of blood in the two groups were also different and they were shorter in intervention group than control group（P0.00I）.There were no difference on each factors of SC.L-90 between two groups before intervention,（P0.05）.After intervention,the factors of SCL-90 were lower in intervention group than in control group（P0.05,0.01 or 0.001）.Conclusion The environmental factors played an important role in the process of nursing intervention on conversion type hysteria.It could promote the rehabilitation of hysteria patients through comfortable nursing.
