摘要
目的探讨中枢性协调障碍患儿早期康复护理干预程序和方法,以减轻伤残程度,提高生存质量。方法对110例平均月龄12.56个月的中枢性协调障碍患儿进行早期康复及护理干预。结果经过至少3个月以上的综合康复护理,总有效率达98.2%,正常化率达43.6%。结论早期康复护理可以达到正常化的效果,减少患儿伤残的发生。
Objective To study the procedures and methods of early rehabilitation care intervention for child patients with central coordination disorder to relieve the disability and improve the quality of live among. Method 110 infants with central coordination disorder at an average age of 13.6 months were selected and treated by early rehabilitation nursing intervention.Result An achieved overall effective rate was 98.2 %.Normalized rate was 43.6 % among investigated cases after conducting a comprehensive care for at least 3 months.Conclusion The adoption of early rehabilitation nursing intervention is effective to relieve the disability and restore health for infants with central coordination disorder.
