摘要
湿地是重要的自然资源,其重要性在世界范围内已经逐步得到广泛的重视。世界各国正在逐步推行和运用湿地生态补偿制度,以加强本国的湿地保护工作。文中分析世界湿地生态效益补偿的相关法律制度和模式,归纳其发展趋势,总结国外湿地生态效益补偿的经验。
Wetlands is a kind of important natural resources,and its importance have received wide attention in the world. Wetlands ecological compensation has also been gradually adopted and promoted as a policy tool to enhance wetland protection. The paper introduced the protection of wetland resources and the protection situation worldwide. Then,it elaborated the laws,institutions and model for international wetland ecological compensation and the development trends. At last,the paper summed up the experience of other countries on wetland ecological compensation.
