摘要
在普通红砂湿型、手工造型条件下,确定了合理的铸造工艺方案,铸造出合格的ZL201铝合金底板铸件。铸件实现均衡凝固,避免了气孔和疏松的产生。测试了铸件的力学性能并进行了金相组织观察,铸件的力学性能Rm=250 N/mm2、A=4%,满足使用要求。
The motherboard casting process program of ZL201 aluminum alloy has been investigated using red-greensand mould and manual mould.The cast motherboard was freezed uniformly and no gas hole and shrinkage porosity emerged.The mechanical properties and microstructure of the cast motherboard have been investigated.The mechanical properties of the cast are:Rm=250 N/mm2,A=43%,which meet the customer's need.
