整理车间数据库管理系统的设计与优化

摘要 为实现纺织厂整理车间生产管理的信息化和网络化,利用通信技术、网络技术、数据库技术为整理车间设计了一种网络化的数据库管理系统,利用关系规范化理论对数据库的逻辑结构设计进行了关系模式的规范化,并对数据库逻辑结构的设计过程提出了3种优化方法,同时,对系统的主要管理功能、系统特点以及数据库逻辑结构的设计过程进行了详细介绍。实践证明,系统的成功应用,基本解决了整理车间生产管理水平落后、信息化发展缓慢的现状,实现了生产信息的动态管理,促进了纺织企业信息化的发展。 For finishing plant of the textile enterprise,to achieve information and networking of production management,through using communication technology,network technology,database technology,etc.,a new network-based database management system is developed within the LAN of the textile industry.The interrelation in the database is processed and optimized by using database design paradigm theory,as well as three kinds of optimization methods are proposed for the logical structure design process of the database.Meanwhile,the system's key management function,system features,as well as the logical structure design of the database is described in detail.As proved in practice,the successful application of the system has solved the backward status of production management level,and the slow development condition of information technology for finishing workshop,realized the dynamic management of production information,and greatly improved the information development of the textile enterprise.
