门诊发热患儿家长发热相关知识的调查 被引量：1

摘要 目的 调查家长对婴幼儿发热的知识、态度和处理水平现状,为医务人员对家长的健康教育提供依据.方法 采用自行设计的发热相关知识、态度和处理问卷对某市级医院门诊146例发热婴幼儿家长进行调查.结果 家长对于发热体温、需用退热药的体温的界定,发热对人体的害处和益处,退热药的使用等存在误解,对发热患儿的照护有着焦虑和担忧.结论 医护人员应当为家长提供有最新科学依据的信息,纠正家长在照护发热婴幼儿时存在的误区,科学的护理患儿.
