摘要
目的 探讨外周先天性动静脉瘘患者腔内治疗围手术期的护理.方法 对30例先天性动静脉瘘腔内治疗的患者围手术期护理进行总结,所有病例均经过术前准备及心理护理、术后护理预防并发症发生、护理随访3个阶段.结果 本组患者平均随访时间6个月,其中25例术后症状改善,无并发症和围手术期死亡;5例患者因术中无法配合、血管过细微导管无法通过等原因未行治疗;随访期内5例症状复发,但症状较腔内治疗前轻.结论 腔内治疗疗效确切,并发症少,微创、安全.
Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of the endovascular treatment for the congenial arteriovenous fistula.Methods The perioperative nursing experience including pre-operative evaluation and psychological care,postoperative prevention of complications and nursing following up of 30 cases of congenial arteriovenous fistula patients undergoing endovascular treatment were summarized.Results The endovascular treatment succeeded in 25 cases.Symptoms of those patients were improved after operation and no complications and death appeared.The rest five patients did not perform the endovascular treatment.During the period of six months following up,five recurrences were found but the symptoms were milder than preoperative situation.Conclusions The endovascular treatment is effective,microinvasive,safe and with fewer complications.
