摘要
通过引入柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,加入政府教育投资作为第三个投入要素,分析了政府教育投资对经济增长的贡献。在对模型进行线性回归得到政府教育投资产出弹性系数,并利用贡献率计算模型求出近30年来政府教育投资对我国经济的平均贡献率后,对教育投资的经济贡献进行了评价和分析。
The government＇s education investment to economic growth research has been an important issue in academic circles. Basing on linear regression, the paper gets the out elasticity＇s coefficient of education investment, through introducing the Cobb - Douglas production function, and increasing the government＇s education investment as the third inputs of the model. The paper obtains the average econemy rate of the government education investment through calculating model for nearly 30 years. Finally , the paper evaluates the economic contribution of the government＇s education investment and research of countermeasures.
