摘要
碱性成纤维细胞生长因子是一种多肽细胞生长因子，具有广泛的生理功能。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的研究近年来取得了迅速发展，尤其是基因的表达及临床应用等方面。本文就该生长因子基因的克隆和表达、生物功能及临床应用研究进展作一概述。
Basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) is a heparine binding polypeptide mitogen that has a wide spectrum of biological activities.A brief introduction of the advances, including cloning and expression of bFGF, biological activities and clinical applications of bFGF was provided in this paper.
